XLITE LIGHTS UP TARASCONI PALACE

Palazzo Tarasconi in via Farini in Parma, thanks to an important renovation by the Galloni Costruzioni company based on a project by the architect. Guido Canali has recently returned to shine.

The Renaissance building, which remained in the hands of the Tarasconi family until 1858, develops on a rectangular plan, around a large central courtyard of honor.
The recovery also involved the square internal courtyard, built in the seventeenth century and characterized by the portico that extends on all four sides, with round arches resting on Doric columns, both on the ground floor and on the main floor.

The client’s desire was to enhance the shapes and geometries of the architecture, without making them subject to the presence of cumbersome lighting systems and guaranteeing the residents maximum visual comfort.
For this reason, Xlite’s proposal to enhance the vertical lines of the colonnade, the cornices and the string courses, fell on KIND, a recessed or adjustable product with a bracket with a visible steel frame and anti-glare optics.
