XLITE LED lighting

ECO BIO is the new luminaire produced with polycarbonate of biological origin.
Thanks to the use of plant-based materials, we are able to connect the management of the resource supply chain with that of waste products, promoting and supporting the circular economy and reducing the use of fossil fuels.

The housing and diffuser are made of a technical polymer partly of biological origin, with great properties.
It has excellent impact resistance, as well as high robustness.
This bio-based polycarbonate resin is primarily derived from plant-based isosorbide (a compound derived from glucose) and produced from renewable resources.

Adjustable LED luminaire for recessed installation, suitable for public or private environments where specific points are needed to enhance environments and furnishings. Body in aluminum profile, powder coated, with a diameter of 100mm for 13W. Passive dissipation system using an internal die-cast aluminum frame. Adjustability of the body from 0° to 90° on the vertical plane and 350° on the horizontal plane, aiming is blocked by means of a friction.

The products of the Strip LINE TOTAL series allow architects and craftsmen to give life to lighting projects in indoor and outdoor environments, guaranteeing an elegant and minimal effect and enhancing architectural elements with light in an original and creative way. The Strip LINE TOTAL model is presented as a vertically flexible product with a minimum bending diameter of 50mm, completely made of polyurethane resin. Extremely uniform brightness, without dots, with three-dimensional effect. Strip LINE does not yellow, is not subject to premature aging and overheating typical of classic LED strips. It can be installed on the ceiling using the clips supplied, recessed by gluing or using the aluminum profile supplied as an accessory.

Optics
Roto-symmetrical emission protected by a layer of opal resin designed to reduce glare. The device is suitable for installation in UGR <19 (EN12464-1) work environments.

Power supply
Electronic ballast not supplied. 24Vdc power supply.

Note
The product can be cut at intervals of 100mm (see datasheet), the maximum length that can be fed is 5000mm. The accessories and connectors are IP20 and make the strip IP20 in the case of cuts and joints.

Born from the specific demands of the market, TORNADO guarantees maximum versatility in every installation environment. The modules made with an innovative anodized aluminum alloy and subsequently powder painted to provide high resistance to atmospheric agents and UV rays allow high thermal dissipation and maximum cooling of the LED modules, so as to be able to achieve performance and efficiencies superior. The design of TORNADO has been specifically studied to guarantee high cleanliness of the appliance, the finned shape of the modules allows water and dirt to flow away, avoiding the formation of deposits which would significantly reduce the performance of the appliance.

Power supply compartment designed to guarantee IP65 protection together with excellent thermal dissipation. Isolated from the LED modules and related heat sinks to optimize thermal performance and simplify maintenance interventions.

Quick and simple installation, via eyelet system or rotatable brackets in AISI 304L steel which guarantee perfect positioning of the luminaire in both suspended and ceiling-mounted installations. Power is guaranteed through an IP65 quick-fit male connector (3 poles for the on-off version and 5 poles for the DALI version) both complete with safety collar. The use of quick connectors allows, in addition to reducing installation times, also to avoid possible faults or accidental tampering due to the opening of the power supply compartment by unqualified personnel. The accumulations of dust and dirt on the lamp bodies are one of the main causes of malfunctions and breakage of the devices. The shape of TORNADO was born following careful analysis in the laboratory and a series of simulations, through which we managed to identify the shape that allowed the most effective thermal dissipation, while at the same time favoring the flow of air generated by the chimney effect through the cooling wings, facilitating their cleaning. Fighting dust buildup ensures optimal performance throughout the product’s life cycle.

Thanks to the optics designed in collaboration with LEDiL (www.ledil.com), minimal flow loss is guaranteed, maintaining a UGR value<22 (EN 12464-1) and a photobiological risk class of RG0 (EN 62471). TORNADO is equipped with very high quality printed optics in polycarbonate or PMMA, in both cases, the available optical apertures range from the more classic rotosymmetric ones (30°, 60° and 90°) to the more specific ones (asymmetric and batwing). Thanks to the high degree of protection that these lenses offer, the entire TORNADO electronic compartment is safe from vapors and dust.

LED lighting body for suspension installation with a circular shape of diam. 600mm, 900mm and 1200mm, made of extruded rolled aluminum profile and without welding points, powder coated and supplied with suspension kit complete with cables L.1500mm. Suitable for lighting halls, conference rooms, multifunctional environments or prestigious private residences. The extremely reduced profile makes the device light and extremely versatile for various uses. Thanks to the special one-piece anti-glare diffuser in opal methacrylate, the fixture is suitable for installation in workplaces with the presence of operators for long periods.
