BIG ZINNAKIS SPECIAL ATEX is a lighting product designed specifically for ATEX environments, where high protection against gas ingress, moisture and aggressive chemicals is required. This luminaire offers a combination of strength, durability and advanced functionality, making it the perfect solution for industrial and hazardous environments.
The profile is made of PMMA with high chemical and impact resistance, with integrated UV protection to ensure long life and excellent wear resistance. PA66 + fiberglass end caps ensure an airtight seal, maintaining product integrity even in the harshest environmental conditions. The polyurethane gaskets guarantee a reliable seal, preventing the entry of harmful dust and liquids inside the appliance. The seat, made of white lacquered steel, offers a sturdy and resistant base, ensuring optimal stability. The product body is designed with a specific seal to prevent gas ingress and condensation, providing excellent protection even in the presence of acids and sulfur vapours.
The special fixing brackets made of V4A 316 stainless steel allow the rotation of the luminaire, allowing for flexible installation and precise adjustment of the lighting angle.
Connection can be made via 1m external cable or via EX quick connector, offering versatile options to suit different installation needs. Upon request, an external cable of up to 10 m is available, further simplifying the connection process.
Depending on your needs, BIG ZINNAKIS SPECIAL ATEX is available with additional options such as dimming and DALI presence, which allow complete control of the light intensity.
