The profile is made of 9mm borosilicate glass, which offers superior resistance to impacts and high temperatures. This material ensures maximum durability and safety, while ensuring transparent and uniform light.
The end caps of the product are made of aluminum alloy, available in RAL 1003 yellow color which ensures excellent visibility in complex environments. Upon request, it is also possible to obtain end caps in gray RAL 7035 to match the aesthetics of the surrounding environment.
The internal seals are made of NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber), an oil-resistant material that protects the internal elements from harmful external agents. This ensures that the interior light remains safe and functional even in environments with the presence of potentially harmful substances.
The seat is made of white lacquered steel plate, ensuring greater resistance to corrosion and easy cleaning. This elegant design blends seamlessly into any setting while offering an even spread of light.
As regards connections, the BIG ZINNAKIS ATEX GLASS has a convenient 3/5-pole push wire terminal block, which simplifies installation and guarantees a safe and stable connection. Depending on the version, an emergency kit can be integrated to provide backup lighting in the event of a power failure. This offers an additional level of security in critical situations. Furthermore, the BIG ZINNAKIS ATEX GLASS supports, upon request, DALI dimming, allowing the integration of sensors and the optimization of energy consumption. This advanced feature allows you to adjust the light intensity according to the specific needs of the environment, ensuring efficient use of energy and longer product life.
